Under the Australian Consumer Law, if your caravan has a major failure you can choose a refund, a replacement, or compensation for the drop in value. You do not have to accept a repair as your only remedy. These guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any warranty or contract.

New Network RV caravans carry a five-year structural warranty on the chassis frame, wall and roof frame and furniture carcass, and a three-year manufacturer's warranty on manufacture and assembly, with a further two-year sealant extension when the 36-month sealant service is completed. The same cover applies to Touring Terrain and Terrain Tuff. Appliances and components made by other manufacturers are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. The written warranty is in addition to those rights, and where your consumer rights are stronger, they prevail.

Contact us before any repair work begins, through your Network RV dealer or the online claim form. Provide proof of purchase and details of the fault, and wait for written authorisation. Repairs carried out without prior authorisation may not be covered.

Deposits are placed with your Network RV dealer and protected until your van is delivered. A deposit confirms your order, and the terms for a change of mind are in your purchase agreement. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of what the agreement says.

Network RV is owned and built by JB Caravans Pty Ltd, the Melbourne group behind JB Caravans, New Age Caravans and Traveller. JB purchased the Network RV brand and its intellectual property from the administrators of the previous company. The previous company's debts, customer deposits and contracts stayed with that company, and every order placed with Network RV today is a new contract with JB Caravans Pty Ltd.

Contact your authorised dealer first, then Network RV Customer Experience if it is not resolved. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. You can also contact external bodies such as the ACCC or your state consumer agency at any time.
