How a claim runs

Four steps, in writing

01You send this form. It starts the claim; it is not a repair authorisation.
02A person at Campbellfield confirms receipt and asks for anything missing.
03If covered, the Claims Department authorises the repair and issues an authorisation number to the approved repairer. If inspection finds no defect, the usual inspection and testing costs are payable.
04The work is done and you sign it off. If it is not covered, we say why, in writing.

Do not engage a repairer before receiving authorisation. Claims for repairs carried out without prior written authorisation will be denied. Quality issues found at handover must be reported to your dealer within 7 days. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law sit above this process at every step.
