Quick answers

The questions owners ask.

The short versions. The warranty terms and the complaints process pages carry the full detail, and anything not here, ask us.

Use the Book a service form on this page and we will match you with a service location for your van and where you are. Servicing to the schedule in your Owner's Handbook is what keeps the warranty in force, so if you are not sure when the next one is due, send the form anyway and we will check it with you.

Contact your Network RV dealer first. Claims go through the dealer to the team at Campbellfield. Have your proof of purchase and your chassis number (on the compliance plate on the A-frame) ready, and do not start repairs before they are authorised: work done without authorisation may not be covered. If you are travelling and your dealer is not nearby, use the Make a warranty claim form and we will arrange an approved repairer near you.

New Network RV caravans carry a five-year structural warranty on the chassis frame, wall and roof frame and furniture carcass, and a three-year manufacturer's warranty on manufacture and assembly, with a further two-year sealant extension when the 36-month sealant service is completed. The same cover applies to Touring Terrain and Terrain Tuff. Appliances and components made by other manufacturers, such as the fridge, air conditioner and suspension, carry their own manufacturers' warranties. The full cover, the exclusions and how to claim are in the warranty terms and in your Owner's Handbook.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. The written warranty is in addition to those rights, and where your consumer rights are stronger, they prevail.

The warranty stays in force as long as your caravan is serviced on schedule, to the standard set out in your Owner's Handbook, and you keep the records. Warranty repairs themselves go through the Network RV dealer network. If you are travelling and your usual dealer is not nearby, contact us before the service is due and we will sort an approved option with you. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by where the van is serviced.

Yes. Get in touch with your nearest Network RV dealer, with your model and chassis number if you have them, and they can help you find the right parts. Parts for both ranges come from the one Campbellfield line, so Touring Terrain and Terrain Tuff are supplied the same way.

Contact your dealer first, then Network RV Customer Experience at Campbellfield if it is not resolved. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours, and you get a case reference, a named person and the outcome in writing. You can also contact the ACCC or your state or territory consumer agency at any time, before, during or after our process. The complaints process page sets out each step.

The Network RV warranty on this site applies to caravans built by JB Caravans Pty Ltd. Caravans built by Network RV Pty Ltd (in administration) are outside it, and JB Caravans Pty Ltd did not take on that company's warranty obligations, customer deposits or contracts. We can supply parts and paid servicing for those vans; ask us and we will tell you plainly what we can do. Your Australian Consumer Law rights in respect of your purchase are unaffected by this.

The warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not automatically transferable. A transfer requires an inspection by an authorised Network RV dealer, and if approved the new owner gets the remaining warranty period only; transfer pricing is confirmed by the dealer. Contact your nearest dealer with the chassis number and we will confirm exactly what is covered on that van. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply to your purchase regardless.
