Today: Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia have no Network RV dealership yet, and the coverage grid above shows those gaps as gaps rather than leaving them out.
No. Network RV sells through dealerships, and your order, your deposit and your handover all sit with the dealership you buy from. The Campbellfield team answers questions and points you at a dealer, and the dealer does the deal.
Both. Every Network RV is built to order, and dealerships also carry floor stock you can walk through and in some cases buy on the spot. Floor stock changes weekly, so the counts on this page carry the date they were checked. Ring the dealership before you drive if a particular layout is the reason for the trip.
Not automatically. J.B. Caravans Pty Ltd purchased the Network RV brand and its intellectual property from the administrators of the previous company, and the previous company's retail businesses were not part of that purchase. Some dealerships that carried Network RV are continuing, some are not, and the network is being confirmed dealership by dealership. This page is where the confirmed ones appear.
Yes, through the dealership. Pick Finance when you send a dealership an enquiry from this page and it goes to them and their finance partner, who hold the credit licence and who will contact you about any assessment, approval or terms. Network RV is not a credit provider and not a credit broker, and no rate, comparison rate or repayment figure is quoted anywhere on this site.
It depends on when and from whom the van was bought, and the answer is set out in full on the warranty terms page rather than summarised here. If you own a van built before the purchase, call 0492 003 899 with your build or VIN number and the team will tell you where you stand. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless and are not affected by anything on this page.
