The Network RV digital concierge is an AI-powered tool designed to help you explore the two Network RV ranges, understand towing compatibility, and find the right caravan for your trips. This disclaimer explains what the concierge can and cannot do, and the important limitations that apply to any information or recommendations it provides.
What the concierge does

Limitations: what the concierge cannot do
The Network RV digital concierge is not a licensed professional adviser. It is an AI tool trained on Network RV product data and general caravan industry information. It does not replace the judgement of a qualified caravan dealer, mechanical engineer, licensed weighbridge operator or financial adviser.
Recommendations are indicative only and depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Network RV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any concierge output for your specific circumstances.
Towing and weight advice
Any towing compatibility or weight guidance provided by the concierge:
Is based on publicly available vehicle manufacturer specifications and may not reflect your vehicle's actual configuration, modifications or condition
Does not account for your specific GVM, GCM, towbar rating, brake controller or state-specific towing laws
Does not constitute certification or engineering sign-off that a towing combination is roadworthy or compliant
Must be verified independently with your vehicle manufacturer and a licensed weighbridge before towing
Never rely solely on the concierge for towing decisions. Overloading or incorrectly towing a caravan is dangerous, may be illegal, and may void your Network RV warranty and your vehicle manufacturer's warranty.
Pricing and specifications
Prices and specifications provided reflect information at the time of training and may not reflect current pricing or specification changes. Always confirm with your authorised Network RV dealer before making any purchasing decision.
Warranty and legal advice
Responses about warranty coverage or consumer rights are for general information only and do not constitute legal advice. Refer to the full Warranty terms and Consumer rights pages, or contact Network RV directly.
Finance guidance
Any finance estimates are indicative only and are not a credit quote, credit assessment or financial product recommendation. Seek independent financial advice before entering any finance agreement.
The in-widget disclaimer
Whenever you use the concierge, the following notice is shown within the chat so its limitations stay visible throughout your conversation:
Data collected by the concierge
When you interact with the concierge, the following data may be collected:
Conversation content including preferences, tow vehicle details and budget information
Session metadata including timestamps and interaction patterns
Any personal information you voluntarily provide, such as name or email address
Automated outputs generated for you (product recommendations, towing compatibility assessments and finance estimates), which are treated as automated decisions under section 06 of our Privacy policy
This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy. You may use general product discovery without submitting personal information.
Automated decisions and human review
This section is effective from 10 December 2026 and should be read alongside section 06 of our Privacy policy.
The concierge produces three kinds of automated outputs that are treated as automated decisions: product recommendation (the range and layouts it suggests based on your stated preferences, terrain and budget); towing compatibility assessment (the indicative tow-match output based on your vehicle make, model and configuration); and finance estimate (the indicative repayment figure based on price range, deposit and term).
These outputs are indicative only and are subject to the limitations in section 02. They are not a contract, not professional advice, not a credit assessment, and not engineering or roadworthiness certification.
Your right to request human review
If a concierge output significantly affects you, you may ask us to have it reviewed by a member of our team. Email privacy@jbcaravans.com.au with the subject line "Human review request", or contact the Privacy Officer using the details in section 07. Include the date and time of the session, the capability you used, and what you would like reviewed. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the review within a reasonable time, and in any case no later than 30 days. The reviewer will be a person who was not involved in the original automated output.
The right to request human review is available now on a goodwill basis, and becomes a formal right under our Privacy policy on 10 December 2026.
Liability
Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to those rights, Network RV excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on concierge output, including incorrect towing assessments, inaccurate pricing or specification information, misinterpretation of warranty coverage, or any purchasing or financial decision made in reliance on concierge advice.
